Little Big TownAugust 31 - 3pm Doors 2pm
| It takes a perfect storm to make a great album - an audacious mix of tension and release, passion and calm, love and violence. Hallmarks associated with all true forces of nature, these mighty attributes were exactly what Little Big Town had in their corner as they blew into the studio for the whirlwind recording session that produced their strongest work yet, their aptly titled fifth album, Tornado.
Despite a solid 13-year career during which they've sold 1.5 million records, racked up multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM nominations, and crafted Top 10 country hits like "Boondocks" and "Little White Church," LBT was feeling a little too secure in their time-tested way of doing things in the studio. They decided to shake things up a little. The result, Tornado, indeed both gorgeous and fearsome, is nothing short of a force of nature.

Train started playing together in San Francisco in 1994 at a place called Mad Dog in the Fog, where they were paid in beer for a while until the bar became aware of how many pints they could put away. In 1996 Train made a record themselves, which led to the band being signed by Columbia. They toured relentlessly, put out a few singles including "Free," "Meet Virginia," and "I Am," and went on to sell a million albums. More albums and Grammy's for "Drops of Jupiter," followed before the band took a break in 2007 to reflect about what Train was and what they hoped it could be.
In 2009 they returned with a new attitude and new album, "Save Me, San Francisco." The title was a plea for forgiveness because they felt they had let their hometown down by losing sight of who they were as Train. The first single, "Hey Soul Sister," was the #1 most downloaded song of 2010, received a Grammy and led to the album going platinum. Artist Website

At the conclusion of 2012, four-time Grammy Award winner Kieth Urban celebrated two more career firsts - nominations for both a Broadcast Film Critics Award and Golden Globe Award, for his song "For You" his first written specifically for a motion picture. In addition, he took his seat at the judges table on one of the highest rated television programs in history, American Idol. 2013 is poised to be another great year for Urban, with the release of brand new music this spring and high highly anticipated summer tour.
In 2001 the Country Music Association honored Keith with its Horizon Award, designating him a talented artist with a bright future. He's the first winner in history to go on to win the CMA's Male Vocalist of the Year, a title he's captured three times, and the coveted Entertainer of the Year. More than 15 million albums later, Keith is a four-time Grammy winner who has also won a People's Choice and American Music Award.
